Delivery is $40 on orders under $250 and would become free on orders over $250.

All deliveries once confirmed should take between 1-8 Business Days.

We deliver to most areas within Trinidad, however if you reside outside of our delivery zone, we can either meet at a location or deliver through a third party courier

There is no warranty for consumable products like oils for example.

There is a 30 day limited warranty for electronic equipment.

Non-consumable and non-electric items carry a 7 day warranty.

There is no refund for consumable products.

Non-consumable and non electric items, can be refunded, within the 7 day purchase period and must be returned in the original packaging, minus the delivery charge and a 10% restocking fee.

Electronic Equipment can be refunded within the 30 day purchase period and must be returned in the original packaging, without defects, minus the delivery charge and a 10% restocking fee. All electronic items are tested before being packaged, so Dead On Arrival is not possible.
